“I am baby sitter, so I often bend over to attend the kids or hold the babies. I had this back pain for a long time, which is why I sought for the help of physical therapy. It really alleviated the discomfort after the session. Katya is very nice and tender. I love going back to see you.”

“I had a great experience with Katya. Been having chronic leg pain and lower range of motion. After a couple of visits, she managed to reduce my pain and increase the mobility of my body. I feel a lot better. ”

“I told Katya about my neck and shoulder pain. She took her time and made sure I was getting the full range of physical therapy exercises and doing them correctly. Thankfully, now I can do some pain release at home. She is a great PT.”

“I visited my family care doctor for a regular physical check a couple of months ago, and I popped my neck for a pain release at the consultation (it's what I usually do when there's too much tension.) My PCP suggested that I should go see PT instead and said I might hurt myself by popping my neck. Thus, I came to see Dr. Tsai and have had wonderful treatments so far. He understood and listened to my concerns. It's really hard for me to quit the habit (popping my neck), so Dr. Tsai taught me some mild exercises that I can do when I feel the tightness. Thanks to him, I do feel a lot better doing the exercises instead. I am still having the treatments and absolutely love it. Maybe I'll try the acupuncture soon!”

“been seeing Dr. Tsai for almost 3 months now. I used to have a mild or don't-feel-nothing-at-all menstruation. But this early summer it got a bit painful, and I was super surprised. After about 3 times in, I couldn't take it anymore cause I was afraid there's a problem with my uterus. I went to see a GYN, and she said it might be hormone imbalance or my diet change...blahblah. Then it hit me that one of my colleagues has been doing acupuncture to improve her infertility. That's why I booked with Dr. Tsai. He's very attentive and nice, and the treatments were very relaxing, even though I was quite skeptical about acupuncture. So far, I feel a lot better with my menstruation now, also been taking meds. Highly recommend Dr. Tsai. Btw the office looks comforting, and the staff is also very friendly. ”

“Recently I have been spending lots of time with my nephew, who's only 4 years. I am not sure if that's the reason why I am having mild back pain, but I did carry and hold him a lot. However, after a long day of work, sometimes gym, and then my nephew, my body is easily tired these days. Dr. Tsai is my friend's PT, but my friend recommended him because he also does acupuncture, which I wanted to try. I heard that it can change your "chi" within and reduce the physical pain. She also mentioned that the environment of the office is great and relaxing. Dr. Tsai is a very good person. He tried to understand my concerns and didn't put a lot of needles on me. Gradually, I am now used to the needles, or maybe I got over the fear itself. The treatments were very relaxing and therapeutic, most of the time it didn't the needles at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsai. He is really amazing.”
