“I visited my family care doctor for a regular physical check a couple of months ago, and I popped my neck for a pain release at the consultation (it's what I usually do when there's too much tension.) My PCP suggested that I should go see PT instead and said I might hurt myself by popping my neck. Thus, I came to see Dr. Tsai and have had wonderful treatments so far. He understood and listened to my concerns. It's really hard for me to quit the habit (popping my neck), so Dr. Tsai taught me some mild exercises that I can do when I feel the tightness.
