Dr. Yu-Chen (Ian) Xue is a detail-oriented and skilled physical therapist. He has been working as a physical therapist over the past 10 years, with professional experience in Singapore, Taiwan, and New York. He also has a strong experience working with patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Currently, Dr. Xue is associated with Chung Ying Physical Therapy & Acupuncture, located in New York.

As a part of his education, Dr. Xue earned his doctoral degree from New York University. In addition, he also received certificate trainings in orthopedic manual physical therapy, Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage, and Polstar Pilates.

Dr. Xue is specialized in therapeutic exercises, mobility therapy, and pain rehabilitation. He is experienced in treating various conditions over the years, such as sports injuries, spinal conditions, muscle strains, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, neuralgias, Parkinson’s disease, urinary incontinence, diabetic neuropathy, and spinal cord injuries.

Dr. Xue is passionate about his profession, and is dedicated to all his patients’ long-term well-being. He provides the utmost service through personalization in all aspects of care, including assessing patient needs, treatment planning, outcome evaluation, and modification. Additionally, Dr. Xue is bilingual in English as well as Mandarin. He makes it a personal goal to deliver sensitive and competent care to patients from various backgrounds.
