Dr. Ifrah Mehar is a caring and skilled physical therapist based in New York. She currently sees her patients at Chung Ying Physical Therapy & Acupuncture, located in East Midtown. Dr. Mehar is experienced in working with patients from all age groups with a wide range of conditions. Dr. Mehar earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy from Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences.

Dr. Mehar offers treatment for an array of physical complaints and disabilities. Her services include mobility therapy, movement disorder exercises, sports rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, and physical therapy consultations. Additionally, she is skilled at treating conditions such as arthritis, shoulder pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
