Dr. Mohamed Mohamed is a caring and diligent physical therapist. He has been practicing with passion since 2008 in various clinical settings, including hospitals, private clinic, rehabilitation center, and outpatient treatment center. As of now, Dr. Mohamed works with the offices of Chung Ying Physical Therapy & Acupuncture, based in New York.

 

Dr. Mohamed attended October 6 University in Cairo for his bachelor's degree. Following his bachelor’s degree, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia College in New York. He stays abreast of developments in his field and practices state-of-the-art, evidence-based medicine. He specializes in manual orthopedic physical therapy, such as spinal and joint mobilization/manipulation, soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release, and sports taping. Besides, exercise prescriptions, postural correction, breathing and core muscle facilitation and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) are also utilized in his treatment program for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, such as fibromyalgia, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, low back pain, neck pain, and muscle strains.

 

Dr. Mohamed is fluent in English and Arabic. He is devoted to ensuring the longevity of his patients' health and developing long-lasting relationships with them. Dr. Mohamed takes his time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure the continued health of all his patients.
