CYPA understands that many of you are wondering what exercise you can do to alleviate the pain or to get better from injuries. Thus, this is our first easy-to-follow and good exercise for your knees. The best part is it can be easily done at home, which we spend most the time at and where we should be. The knee exercise is to activate and strengthen the knee musculature, which is usually initially prescribed for patients who are knee post-op or for those who are greatly in pain. The exercise is non weight bearing, so it is less stress on healing or painful knee.
